Carlos R. Torres
Founder and President Carlos R. Torres brings over two decades of industry experience in construction, development, project management, and urban redevelopment.
His background includes experience overseeing projects ranging from smaller residential improvements to developments valued at approximately $35 million.
Carlos has also served in leadership positions connected to redevelopment and municipal planning in Carteret, New Jersey, bringing additional insight into zoning, planning, and community-focused development initiatives.
